Take The Guesswork Out of Gravel

Find here a step by step guide for purchasing any of our sand or gravel products.

General Knowledge/Tips

  • All dump trucks are required to have a working CB radio tuned to channel 2

  • Give all equipment a 30 ft. space to avoid any collisions

  • Do not walk under or near any crushing equipment

  • If there is a line in the staging area, please wait your turn unless specifically called to be loaded

  • There are many more trucks than loaders; We do our best to help you in a time efficient manner, but your patience is appreciated.

1 / Lightweight

When you enter the quarry, immediately to your right is a cinderblock building, or the scalehouse. Whether or not your in a pickup or dump truck, you need to get in line and run across the scales for a lightweight. If applicable, radio to the scalehouse your company, truck number, and that you're getting a lightweight. Otherwise, just enter the scalehouse and let them know the same information. 

2 / Getting Loaded

Following the direction of travel, drive down to the staging area. If applicable, radio to the loader operator and let them know what product you're after. Otherwise, wait patiently and a loader will be up shortly to help you. 

Then, follow the loader's directions to whichever product you need and stage to be loaded. 

3 / Scaling Out

After being loaded, again follow the direction of travel back to the scalehouse. Wait in line for your turn, and if applicable radio to scalehouse your company, who you're hauling for, where you're hauling to/P.O. number, and what product you have on. Otherwise, enter the scalhouse once you are on the scales and let them know the same information. 

From there, you'll either put the transaction on a company account or pay with cash/card.
